Dīvān (Persian)
Nesīmī’s Persian Dīvān consists of 290 ghazals, 7 qaṣīdas, 5 mas̱navīs, 1 tarjīʿ-i band, 1 mustazād, 1 muḥammas tarkīb-i band, 1 musammaṭ, 85 rubāʿīs and 20 qiṭʿas.
Dīvān (Turkish)
Nesīmī’s poems were vastly popular, partly due to their dissemination by wandering dervishes. The latest critical edition of his Turkish Dīvān consists 3 mes̱nevīs, 457 ġazels, 315 quatrains (tuyuġ), and also 4 müstezāds, 1 murabbā, 3 tercīʿ-i bends and 4 individual couplets. He also used the pen name of “Ḥüseynī” in some poems.
Mecmūʿatü'n-naẓāʾir
Muḳaddimetü’l-ḥaḳā’iḳ
This prose work is based on Faḍl Allāh Ḥurūfī (d. 796/1394) Jāvidān-nāma and deals with the practice of religion according to Ḥurūfī doctrine. Its attribution to Nesīmī is uncertain.
