Dedicated to a sultan of the Isfendiyarid dynasty (1292-1461)> that ruled over the areas of Sinop İli (Turkey) and Kastamonu İli (Turkey). The name of this person is Sulṭān Isfandīyar, d. 1439, the son of Beyezid Kötürüm, Bey of Kastamonu, d. 1385
